After more then 45 years of practicing and working with many LVT and assistends , I strongly opose any regulation in favor of LVTs. Doctor in charge shoul decided who is good at given task. So far most trained assistend overperfom LVTs, who often suffered from overinflated ego and self importance and lackin practical skill. Good LVT is hard to find. Im from Europe, there veterinary doctor dosnt castrate animal, its job of trained veterinary technician. Dont forget : practice makes perfect. Even old Romans said: Usus est magister optimus and Summum ius summa iniuria. For those who missed latin at school, use your translator.
