I see this likely coming down to the majority of veterinarians, at least owner/veterianarians, being in favor, and the majority of LVTs being opposed. I feel an LVT or a veterinarian can train a lay person to preform this task well. Our technicians are so often needed for more complicated duties, that I feel being able to do this would free them up.
