If this is allowed, then what is next? Reconstituting and injecting drugs? Blood collection? Just because you have the skill to complete a task, does not mean the you have any idea of what theroy is involved with said task. Do you know the anatomy? Do you know what size catheter is appropriate? What peripheral limb should be avoided with certain conditions? 

Would a client want the orderly trying to place an IVC in their child? I think not. If I were paying to have my animal treated and I found out that a non-licensed person were performing medical treatment and procedures on my pet, I would be livid!
