Only properly trained and LICENSED staff should be conducting medical treatment of this nature. I do not pay all this money OUT OF POCKET for some untrained and unlicensed vet "assistant" to attempt to insert a catheter in my beloved pets. ONLY LICENSED VET TECHS AND VETERINARIANS ONLY.
