To whom it may concern:

I am a consultant and kitten specialist working with shelters and veterinarians all over the country--and I do not support this amendment. Having worked with clinics and veterinary professionals throughout the United States, I can't understate the importance of having well trained, licensed veterinary technicians performing care on felines. This would place the kittens I care for at risk of illness or death, and I do not support it.
