Carry of open or concealed firearms in National and State forest should abide by the same rules as the rest of the public land in VA.

It is the job of the government to ensure and protect the liberty of its citizens.  It is the job of the individual citizen to ensure their own safety.  The current policy goes against the liberty of the citizens and interferes with the individuals ability to ensure their own safety as they see fit.
