Open and Concealed Carry in state forests

There is no question that the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees citizens the right to self defense.  It also guarantees citizens the right to keep and bear arms.  Firearms are used millions of times per year for self-defense across the United States.  Citizens should therefore have the right to carry openly, or concealed, in state forests for purposes of self-defense.
