The open carry or concealed carry of handguns should be legal in Virginia's state forests and state parks.  Law-abiding citizens should not have to limit their enjoyment of the state's forest and park lands because of fear of criminals.  Criminals don't become law-abiding just because guns are not allowed in an area.  The only ones affected by anti-gun, pro-crime measures are the law abiding who are being set up to be victims.
