Anything we can do to cut our carbon emissions should be done. We aren't harming ourselves or, contrary to the rhetoric, the economy by establishing rules like this. What we have is the opportunity to take the science and technology we possess to shape a healthier, more efficient, and wiser energy and environmental policy for current and future Virginians.
