Yes to dry needling!

I have been receiving treatment for a shoulder injury for almost a year and tried multiple clinics using different techniques while also maintaining my band work and at home exercises as a part of my daily warm up routine.  Incorporating dry needling into my treatment plan has been the only technique that has made a significant differnce in my pain level.  Prior to starting dry needling, I experienced shoulder pain daily in my workouts, was unable to complete certain movements, and had trouble sleeping.  After incorporating dry needling, I am now able to workout pain free and have increased range of motion.
