Yes to dry needling!

Dry needling, as part of a physical therapy regimin, is very beneficial to the patient. The entry level for physical therapist is is a doctorate and they are extremel well versed in anatomy and phsyiology. It's interesting to note that most of the NO voices are licensed accupenturists who are protecting their turf..Allowing PTs to have that skill allows them to use it appropriately. If you go to a accupunturit , you get needling. If you go to a PT, many modes of therapy are aviailable as appropriate.
