The laws of virginia should be the same in federal and state parks.  Open carry and concealed carry should be allowed.  Concealed carry permits are held by people with no violent record and no felony record.  In other words, the people who carry concealed are law abiding citizens.  Courts can revolk the concealed carry permits for many different offenses to include DUIs.  People wo have concealed permits will not violate the law and are not people who will use their firearms for anything other than self defense.  We need to begin to look at this issue as law abiding citizens vs criminals.  Don't lump everyone together--it's just plain wrong to do so.  Allow virginia's laws to be uniform and fair..
