Commenter: Jonathan L.Ac., SON OF KING SAUL (I'm NOT joking!)

Dry needling performed by a physical therapist is analogous to tattooing a person

The careful, courteous cultivation of a licensed acupuncturist is a long humble period of study with order and legitimacy of Chinese medical pattern and theory application.  The precision of point location and procedural order are essential to the success of the medical application of the needle!  Tongue and pulse diagnosis in association with needling technique is also crucial.

By allowing inferior (as in 'inappropriately' and 'inadequately' trained) medical practitioners to recklessly and chaotically stab people with acupuncture needles is as irresponsible as allowing the president of the United States to press the nuclear missile button out of a selfish, infantile tantrum.

If a medical practitioner from any area wishes to practice acupuncture, then they must do their academic setting 'time' to understand the whole picture of what they're performing and the repercussions it has on that client/patient.

WE WILL NOT ABIDE any further denigration of this profound ancient medicine and organized U.S. profession that is fully recognized by the U.S. Board of Education as a distinguished study!
