100 hr training is NOT enough

I am acupuncture/tcm student. It does take a while for us to get used to "needle" somebody safely and effectively, even when the area of needling is rather safe/simple. Dry needling has a limited scope but still is a form of acupuncture. A licensed acupuncturist in US needs to complete a master degree in oriental medicine. In Japan we have to go to special school for acupuncture/oriental medicine for a few years. In some countries such as in EU acupuncture/any needling is only allowed to western medical doctors. Thus, needling should not be trgarded casually. It recuires a serious engagement in education and experience. 100 hr training does not sound enough.
