Dry needling should be practiced by skilled and licensed clinicians

One session of dry needling by a skilled physical therapist was sufficient to restore full range of motion in my shoulder.  It deserves to be regulated as a medical procedure by licensed and well trained clinicians.  It is an invasive procedure that can have side effects and and should not be practiced by non-clinicians.
