I've gone on the record numerous times both in public and here at the town hall.  The overwhelming response I hear is negative and clearly one only need read the commentary above to see this opinion.  

I guess if you can't beat them, join them?  Looks like I'll be putting up an ad tomorrow for a new "auger Jockey", no experience required.  

When someone pushes legislation and law change for the betterment of the community, profession and environmental/public health it's a win; I see a NO WIN situation here.   So one must ask a question of why?  Who is profiting and why?     Surely I might profit from hiring inexperienced help but most are sharp and clever enough to see how the my future and the future of this profession will change and not necessarily for the better.  

 I'm washing my hands of this mess and can say I've tried, clearly some feel the need to tinker with the machine, good luck and don't tip the boat on this ship of fools.
