I think physioltherapy should focus what they are taught in school. Dry needling is try do acupuncture with proper training. Will put public health at risk. Also is a sign of physio profession lost their professional confidence, they are admitting traditional physiotherapy is less effective than acupuncture ?then why wast time of 4 year education? Go straight to acupuncture school. Younger generation will wake up to this truth. Today physiotherapy are so desperate to do acupuncture in name of dry needling, is telling whole world, their profession is lost reasons to stand . Acupuncture is better practice and business.
