There is no reason not to allow the legal carry by those who have the right. in this day and age one never knows what kind of  crazy you will come into contact with or where ,State Parks included...In many states State Parks ,or section there of are open to hunting. allowing this will make no one less safe. those legally allowed to carry are not the law breakers and those who carry illegally will do so where ever when ever they want..This petition should be enacted for the rights of the citizerns of Va. and the protection their of.
