I do not care for open carry because it worries the below average citizen, and offers a tempting target to the above average killer/thug, but I highly agree to concealed carry in state, and federal parks. Thousands of virginians currently break the law on a daily basis driving home thru our state and federal parks because we carry weapons. It is about time we stopped making criminals out of taxpaying citizens that are anything but.
