I have been getting dry needling from my physical therapist for several years.  I have never had any problems from this treatment.  It is a safe treatment and I have only had excellent results. Dry needling has been very effective for reducing the pain that I have had many years from spine and disc problems.  Because of the relief that I get from dry needling, I have not needed pain medications.  My therapist is very skilled and knowledgeable and I have great confidence in his abilities.  I recommend him and dry needling to friends and relatives at every opportunity.  I tried many other things for pain before I found dry needling and it helps more than anything else I have tried. Dry needling has significantly improved my quality of life.  It should be kept easily available to anyone who would benefit from it.
