Dry needling is just a very tiny part of acupuncture. PT doesn't have acupuncture license, so they should not practice Acupuncturist's scope of practice. It's like we don't force the law to let acupuncturist do what PT's scope of practice, Chiropractor's scope of practice or MD's scope of practice... etc.
