It is dangeruos to allow PT to puncture acupunture needle into human body with only 20-40 hours training compare with Lic. Acupuncturist who has had 2000-3000hours training. PTs need to have acupuncture liscence to performan "dye needle" which belongs to  acupuncture practice.
