A personal right is always a right and for the goverment to infring is wrong on any level. We are a nation of laws and rights. The constitution protects our rights even from our own goverment. Only those who break the law and forfit their rights should be controled as to firearms possesion. Not the lawfull citizen. State and federal land is ours and should be treated as ours with our rights intact.
