I Oppose this Regulation!

As a mother and responsible concealed-carry permit holder in the Commonwealth, I resent the governor's desire to prevent me from exercising my legitimate and lawful right to defend myself and my children just because we happen to enter a state government agency building!  I have studied and trained hard to earn my CCH permit and I have undertaken extra responsibility to my family and my community to carry my pistol.  There is no legitimate reason why any law-abiding gun owner (which is the majority of us!) should be barred access to their personal protection in a state agency facility.  There have been no shootings in state offices here in Virginia and if there was to be a shooting I would sooner rely on my own expertise to defend my life and that of my child rather than leave it up to a private security officer who has had minimal firearms training and is more than likely half-asleep at the front desk 5 floors below me!  Thanks, McAuliffe, but NO THANKS.
