I OPOSE banning lawfully carried firearms in state Agency buildings.  To do so is to presume that legal gun owners and licensed concealed weapons carriers are violent and prone to criminal activity when all the evidence is to the contrary. An individual seeking to do harm will ignore the law anyway.  I am a retired police officer and have never encountered a threat from a licensed concealed carry gun owner.
