I OPPOSE banning lawfully carried concealed firearms in state agency buildings.

Banning lawfully carried concealed firearms in state agency buildings informs evil doers that state agency buildings are "soft targets" where they can carry out evil without any immediate consequences.

I have had my concealed handgun permit since 1997, and carry every day in business locations all over Virginia. State offices should not make my legal activity elsewhere illegal in their offices. I personally avoid any establishment that bans lawfull concealed carry, I do not want to be at any higher risk "soft target" where evil doers know that no one is armed to stop them.
