I oppose this dangerous regulation which would create yet more places where responsible and law abiding citizens are legally obligated to conduct thier affairs in a defenseless manner.  This regulation seeks to supercede our constitutional and fundamental right to defend ourselves under the unfounded pretense of making these places safer where in fact it puts us at even greater risk.
