As a gun owner all my adult life, I believe there is no reason to carry guns into public buidings. As a director of a large ER in Miami FL for 12 years, I am well aware of the bad and good of guns.There are good reasons to exclude gun-carrying individuals: who can attest to their intentions and sanity? Harm is much more likely than good.

Our legislators should extend the ban for a decade.
