Any idea that move guns makes any situation safer is a falicy. More guns add more probability that an angry situation leads to deadly violence, not just hot words. If a shooter decides on violence and other "good" shooters are nearby, the violence multiplies. Arriving police don't know which shooter was they are after. More violence.
