Guns in State Office Buildings Executive Order 50

In my opinion guns should not be allowed in State office buildings or as matter of fact in any public buildings other than for use by security officials who are trained in the use of these weapons and are responsible for providing security in these buildings. There is no data to suggest that allowing anybody to carry a weapon in these buildings provides any additional safety to the public in fact it would likely lead to a more unsafe situation and present additional security issues.  Therefore i am in favor of Executive Order 50 and not allowing guns in state office buildings.
