Gun free zones get people killed every single time.  Whether it's a school or a movie theatre or a government agency building it has no effect to put up a sign saying no guns.  It's the same as the sign saying no murder allowed.  You have to remember people get murdered in prison, where they have actual security and people are searched upon entry and again people still get murdered.  With our system of government the power and authority remains with "the masses" or "the people" not with elected representatives.  The representatives are there to conduct admistrative duties on our behalf but the power stays with us.
