Like most current legislation, this new proposal caters to a small, select group of special interest individuals and organizations.  It is completely out of step with most Virginians and most Americans.  I recommend most strongly against its passage.  If our legislators in Richmond can not adequately represent the rights and sentiments of Virginians, we will find some new representatives that CAN.
