Opposing the gun ban-follow our Constitutional rights.

Our gun rights should not be banned. We own our weapons & pay for our permits. There should be thorough check on gun buyer's applications. The buyer could be lying about his mental health & a police record. Some Gun shops are too lenient. Background checks should be enforced as mandatory per person statewide, countrywide & outside of our country. Anyone can lie. Check their citizenship.Illegal immigrants can falsely apply. The law abiding citizen should not have their rights taken away. Just because a criminal stole, illegally bought, even not a citizen gets this gun & uses it. He's the one that takes the gun in his hands uses it. It's the criminal that picks up the gun, points, pulls the trigger to kill.
