Please enact the petition, We are allowed to carry in Downtown Richmond so why cant we carry in the state forrests. In the woods you may be miles from civilization and law enforcement. You can also be totally isolated as mobile phones often dont work in remote areas,  It is far better to be able to protect yourself from preditors of the two or four legged variety,
