The State should allow citizens with the proper permit to carry firearms in State Forests.  There is no compelling reason they should not be allowed to carry there. CCW permit holders have been show time and again, statistically, to be amongs the most law-abiding citizens in the nation.  There's no reason that someone should have to go unarmed and be a potential victim in a State Forest area.
