Equity is the very basis of law and allowing permit-holders to conceal-carry is simply extending this principle of equity.  If state parks are indeed subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, then why shouldn't the concealed-carry law extend there as well?  Doing otherwise makes no sense and simply puts more law-abiding citizens into potential danger.
