Virginia residents that have been certified to carry concealed firearms have met the training requirements and have demonstrated responsibility when carrying.  That they should be prohibited from concealed carry in State Forrests ignores the privledge that the state has granted them.

Open carry is not prohibited in Virginia.  The State Forrests should not be an exception to the right.

The petition should be granted.
