Virginians and other U.S. citizens have inalienable rights recognized by their enumeration in the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
One such right, enumerated in the Second Amendment to the U.S Constitution, is the right to keep and bear arms, recently reinforced as an individual (personal) right by the Supreme Court of the United States.
A public law, rule, or regulation, to be effective and fair, should be clear and concise, and above all legitimately laid, e.g., constitutionally modelled.
Please recognize the people's right to bear arms in state forests.
