Strongly object to the introduction of both journeyman and master distinctions into the proposed definition.  The definition of category, as written, is both vague and misleading to the public. Where is disclosure of the board's purview found in the statuatory and regulatory framework?

Suggest the proposed language be removed under 18VAC160-40-10, as follows:

18VAC160-40-10. Definitions.

B. The following words, terms, and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the following meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Category" means journeyman or master as applicable to the professionals under the board's purview. onsite soil evaluator, onsite sewage system installer, and onsite sewage system operator.
