Vowra could defenitely benefit from selling more CEU's.  Is there any relationship between Mr. Davis's actions while voting on and approving CEU's and then being nominated for VICE PRESIDENT in VOWRA?  I think he sold the contractors out!  We think he was just helping his old buddies out, does he get paid to teach those CEU classes?
