Say yes to allow concealed carry in the State Parks.  Those with concealed carry permits are responsible citizens with training to carry for self protection.  This is in accordance with the Second Amendment as confirmed recently by the Supreme Court.  The only non-law enforcement people who would have arms otherwise in the parks would be those who will prey upon others.  This is the same problem as with "Gun Free" school zones.  It sounds nice but is totally ineffective.  In summary, allow us to defend ourselves from those who would cause harm.
