The rules need to be changed to bring them in line with the Constitution and the recent Supreme Court "Heller" ruling.

Everywhere that lawfully armed civilians go, lawful behavior follows. These are statistically among the most lawful people in our nation - more lawful than *police* - and their basic human right of self defense should never have been abused in the first place.

The nightmare scenarios of the 'anti-gun' cult hav *never* come to pass. Why? Because lawful people behave.....lawfully! There is no rational reason to believe that these same lawfully armed individuals will not continue to be the upstanding, responsible and forthright people they always have been.

State Forests should adopt the same policy as National Forests with respect to firearms - defer to State law.
