Who better to provide an added level of protection to all citizens and other visitors to our state parks than law abiding, trained, armed citizens. Note that, without this change, it is likely the only armed persons in  the state park will be criminal element looking for victims in a location that prevents self defense. This petition will ensure that criminals know that our state parks are not a place that they will achieve safe haven for their nefarious activitity.
