If the current laws of VA allow for open carry or CHP statewide, with a few exceptions, why wouldn't parks be allowed?  It makes no sense, in a remote areas, why if one has a CHP, why parks are any different?  Furthermore, if open carry is allowed in the state, why would parks be excluded?
