I worked with a guy who was murdered with his girlfriend at Ragged Island Park by the James River Bridge and I remember the two ladies murdered along the Colonial Parkway.

I read of people being preyed upon along the Dismal Swamp Canal by a human predator and it makes no sense to me to forbid the law abiding from carrying a means of self defense.
