I see no difference in the ability to carry on forest land than  city streets. If anything the right to carry  in uninhabited  areas should be  obvious.  Just look at previous crimes that have  happened that may have been avoided if persons were allowed  to carry in state forest areas. If you can carry a rifle or shotgun surely you should be able to carry a handgun.
