I was born and raised in Virginia, served in the Military twice for a total of 9 years and have always owned weapons and have had  permits to carry a concealed weapon.  Most, or many who wish to carry weapons in public places have backgrounds such as I.  Fear of those of us who carry weapons in public places is unreasonable.  We are often your best defense, not your worst enemy.  

I strongly support the petition to allow wea[pons in State Parks and on other public land.
