this is a big step in getting the United States back to a constituional government. 2nd amendment rights have suffered greatly at the hands of our recent leadership. Passing this petition would allow a greater understanding of who really legally carries weapons, doding, American patriots. It saddens me to read other comments from citizens that seemed to be artificially "intimidated" by those who carry openly. It shows me that they haven't been shown the truth behind the possession of firearms in this country. Guns kill less people than heart disease, car accidents, etc, and its important  to understand that the shootout stemming from a crack deal gone bad has resulted from addiction and lack of education, not a law abiding citizen, exercising his constitutional rights. Pass this petition for all our sake.
