Yes to legal carry in state forests

People should not have to give up a basic human right to be able to defend themselves or others just because they are on state forest lands. People have been injured and/or murdered on national and state forest lands, and parks all over the U.S.  And no, it doesn't happen all the time but just one time is too many if it happens to you or your loved ones. The criminal element is never going to obey the laws regarding firearms. To also deny that there are dangerous wildlife such as feral dogs, coyotes, black bears, and yes, even rabid racoons and foxes, etc in Virginia's forests is failing to acknowledge the truth. Denying law abiding citizens a basic human right of self defense is criminal. History has shown that since Virginia has changed the concealed carry laws that law abiding citizens are responsible and proved the anti-gun, "there's going to be blood running in the streets" crowd wrong. Please do the right thing and approve the petition.
