There is no reason to deny a law abiding citizens his or her right to carry ANYWARE let alone the outdoors.   By restricting the rights/privilages of legal law abiding citzens you only reduce the amount of protection against criminal activity.  This type of restricition on legal gun owners allowes only the criminal element to possess/carry firearms.  I as, well as many other citizens, will not carry anywhere prohibited by law.  Do you think that stops a criminal from carrying where he/she should not?  Enacting laws prohibiting the legal carry of firearms only ensures that criminals and only criminals will be will be the only people armed, leaving the law abiding citizens alone unable to protect themselves.
